    Advertised “crystal clear” telephone service in a bundle with Internet (enhanced and Direct TV) to be installed 9/17/14 with no commitment for verizon services at $40.99 per month for the 2 verizon services) and installed 9/17. Verizon started billing me 8/24/14 fir phone 19.99 charged me full price Internet “added 9/17” at $44+ And tho fave some adjustments never had good service lots of noise – reported to installer 9/17 and called techs on phone ftim 9/17 till disconnected 12/23 but Verizon never disconnected until 1/9/15!! Finally sent DDL filter in November but did not resolve problem! Internet was enhanced but never installed proper and failed to provide Ethernet so promised speed 1.1 or greater (average was 0.85/0.96)

    I found the unauthorized charges from Verizon in February 2010. (9.99/mo for premium SMS) Charges were only on 1 or our 2 lines, which is likely why I missed it for so long. They had been charging us since BEFORE January 2008!! Customer service rep was oh-so-helpful (NOT!) and refunded 3 months. 3 months!!! when we had been overbilled for over 2 years! (And it was on my husband’s line – there’s no way he “accidentally” signed up for anything) Unfortunately, class action suit only covers July 2010 forward. GRRRRRR

    I just recently switched to Verizon after switching I found it Verizon is the appsolute worst company I have ever been with it is ridiculous how I do not receive all of my text messages when I try to call Verizon customer service they don’t give me any one who actually knows what theyre talking about and cannot help me or resolve my problem I wish I would have never switched to Verizon ever since I got this stupid phone it has been nothing but a big headache and I regret ever even considering Verizon for my cell phone plan I think Verizon should be shut down completely

    Their wireless map shows service in my area. I can’t make a call…
    I tried to sign up for a lifeline account for a landline, got a bill for over 100..
    was lied to about the procedure, never sent application.They said I could pay 30. now and the rest next month. two days later I GET A ROBO CALL DEMANDING FULL PAYMENT..horrible company.

    My phone bill for one month was 5400 when I add a line on in 2010 they said it was data charges my daughter had a phone with text and talk but was able to still access Internet the fcc bill shock act was introduced in October on unexpected increase in cellphone bill which they had to notify you by text or a call that you are at your monthly allotted.
