My account was changed to a Framily plan without my consent after I got a free tablet. I was told the tablet would cost $15 a month if I stayed below the data amount limit. Within 2 months of having the new phone and tablet-the websites I used the most wouldn’t work on my phone with unlimited data, including Facebook. But they worked fine on the tablet with limited data-go figure! Scammers!!

Talk about rip off. Try this my cancellation fee is 1800 follows to get rid of these bandits. And they cannot explain why. They have to be stopped. My bill does not even say why the fees but I had to pay or lose my credit. The agency in their store totally lied to me.
