I have been charged for directory assistance charges for calls which I did not make over the last 4 months, Charges are in the $20-$30 range. The dates and times listed are times I am at work and unable to use my phone. I was told if I want to block this feature it would cost $4.99 for the app. There are 3 numbers associated with my bill and at least two of the numbers have had these charges listed. I have been a long time AT&T customer and just added a third line in October, 2014.

I have been fraudulently billed over $1000 by Centurylink for da calls not made in 2015. Many attempts to resolve this problem with the company have fallen on death ears and rejections. I would appreciate hearing about others with this problem, and hearing about any solutions.

Yes, I have been charged with numerous directory assistance calls. Reported the mistake after seeing them the first time. Directory assistance charges continued the next 2 months. Not worth the headaches of calling, staying on hold forever and communicating to a company that does not care. I canceled doing business with CenturyLink. And, I will not be paying for the directory assistance calls.
