I have dropped call and connectivity issues with Sprint since April of 2014. I did not complaint too much at first because Sprint offered compensation and said the problem should improve by June after cell towers were upgraded. Unfortunately the problem continues to become worst and I have gone beyond my usage. My bill went up 100.00 dollars due to dropped calls and Sprint is not only making me pay for minutes, they are not taking full responsibility. I tried to call Saint 3 times and waited over one and a half hour to speak to a supervisor. When the supervisor is reached, they hang up when I say hello. I am frustrated that sprint is aware of the tower issues in my 19131 area but will not offer proper compensation and chooses to gouge my for more money.
